Welcome

Practice areas: Personal injury and death cases, elder abuse, divorce, dissolution of marriage, legal separation, annulment, family (child custody, child support, spousal support, collection of child & spousal support, restraining orders, paternity, grandparents' rights), bankruptcy (Rossi Law Offices is a debt relief agency which files bankruptcy for its clients), tax dischargeability, collection of judgments, other selected civil litigation (please telephone to discuss your case). Richard Rossi has over 30 years experience representing clients who need divorce and bankruptcy representation at the same time. Mr. Rossi is also a trained and experienced mediator.

We provide legal representation in the Superior Courts of all the counties in the State of California, including San Luis Obispo County and the cities therein (Arroyo Grande, Atascadero, Baywood, Cambria, Cuyocos, Grover Beach, Los Osos, Morro Bay, Oceano, Paso Robles, Pismo Beach, San Luis Obispo, San Miguel, Santa Margarita, Shandon, Templeton, Carrisa Plains).

Paso Robles. The winner of Rossi Law's Horse-With-No-Name contest is Erik Mauk of Atascadero, who proposed the name "Veritas," meaning "truth." The saying "in vino Veritas" (interpreted "In wine, (there is) truth", was not the reason that Veritas was chosen (even though El Paso de Robles may be approaching El Paso de Vino). Like Santa Claus just before Christmas (hope you didn't miss him), Lady Justice will be riding Veritas soon. Lady Justice and Veritas, "truth and justice," most basic and critical principles of life.

Erik has most generously offered to contribute $400 of the $500 prize money to the Food Bank and Senior Nutrition Program. The Food Bank buys 10 pounds of food for $1; Erik's gift is therefore 4,000 pounds of food. Many thanks to Erik (he's using the rest of the money to buy a bike - he is 12 years "old").

Kids photo day with Veritas is Super Bowl Saturday - February 4, 2012. FREE photographs with Veritas for each child (photos will be emailed; or bring a flash drive or cd). We expect the quarterback from the National League team to be present, and to sign autographs for Veritas. For those able, Rossi Law will accept donations to the Food Bank and Senior Nutrition Program.

Rossi Law thanks the many who suggested names for Veritas, and thanks those able to contribute to the Food Bank and Senior Nutrition Program. Hundreds of dollars were raised, thanks to those contributors.

Is there someone reading this who will match Erik's generosity?
